I have the role of the audio person for AFP project 1, and I’m guilty enough to say that I did not really help out in any of the pre-production paper works. I did helped out in the booking of buses since the contact person was my father. We finally settle the shooting on Wednesday and Saturday after so many things happened. First was the bus was not bookable on the actual cycle #1 dates because of the Navy Open house. Second, which is the crucial problem, is the talent. We have our shooting days settled because of the booking of bus, and therefore a lot of the talents couldn’t make it since it’s a very last minute notice. And some, who agreed to help at first, back out in the end because they realize they have something on on the shooting day itself. And because of that, there is a sort of change in our script.

I think I learnt that things must be planned beforehand. Not to blame anyone or anything, we indeed had a shorter preparation time because of the bus booking, which freaked all of us out I guessed. However, I learnt that the team would conquer the problems if they faced it together.

Now, when the production is like starting in 5 – 6 hours time, our problems are sort of settled. We have the bus, the talent and the locations, but I seriously pray hard that the weather will be GOOD because we are not using any lights.

Come on my dear group members, we will conquer this project together!
